call anyone in the Philippines with any of
our plans. You can only call the designated
cellphone that we issue to your recipient in
the Philippines.

Communication is not responsible for any
long distance charges that you may incur
when calling our access numbers. Please
check with your phone service provider if
the access numbers provided to you by Aspen
is a local call for you or not. Aspen will
do its best to get you a local access
number. If no local numbers are available,
you may want to check into unlimited long
distance services with your phone service
provider. This way, you can call any of
Aspen's access numbers and not get charged
long distance.
If you use your
cellphone to call Aspen's access numbers,
you will be consuming your plan minutes
unless it is during off-peak hours. Aspen
Communication is not responsible for any
charges that you may incur when calling its
access numbers using your cellphone.
