To
ensure quality service, we currently have a two-step process in
signing up.
The first step is to get your information regarding the
location of your recipient in the Philippines. Our Telco partner
will then verify if the area is covered by their phone service. Once this has all been verified, we will
then continue to the second step which is the payment process.
Your recipient's
location in the Philippines must be verified for a signal prior
to signing up for any of Aspen Communication Inc.'s services -
MabuhayCalls, PinoyCalls, MabuhayCalls Plus, or PinoyCalls
Plus. We do not sign up anyone
who has no signal verification.
We strive to give you the best possible service. Please bear
in mind that the verification process will take time and we will
do our best to do it in a timely manner.
If the area you are requesting is not on our list, please
include it on our wish list. The more requests we get in an
area, more likely we'll have the Telco provide their service.

This means that you cannot call 911 from any of
Aspen Communication's
