Aspen Communication's
PinoyCalls service allows you
to make UNLIMITED calls or miutes to the
Philippines and you only pay one monthly
flat rate. Two-way calling means, you call
them and they can call you too and still pay
the same rate. Yes, cheap unlimited long distance
calls to the Philippines for a monthly flat
rate.
PinoyCalls has
combined two technologies - internet
telephony and cellular technology in the
Philippines. Now you can call the
Philippines unlimited using your high speed
internet connection. It's
two-way communication through Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP)
to a designated mobile phone in the
Philippines. See bottom of page for set up.
What is this about?
You can now make unlimited long distance calls to the Philippines
and only pay one MONTHLY FLAT RATE. PinoyCalls uses your high speed internet
connection to make calls to a DESIGNATED MOBILE PHONE that PinoyCalls issues in
the Philippines. This means - NO INTERNET CONNECTION IS NEEDED in the
Philippines. Remember, PinoyCalls issues a mobile phone to your recipient
in the Philippines, then we send you an internet phone adaptor here.
What does this do for me?
You can save money on your phone bills. This is
cheaper than phone cards. Cheaper than your carrier's rates. Some of our
clients have SAVED as much as $500 per month from their monthly phone bill.
Is this for me?
If you call a lot or want to keep in touch with your
wife, fiance, son/s, daughter/s, partner/s or whomever you wish to keep in touch
with in the Philippines and you want to talk to them every minute or every day,
then PinoyCalls is for you.
What if I don't have internet?
You have to weigh out your spending. Check our rates
and see if you're able to save. Remember, you can call them anytime when you use
PinoyCalls and they can also call you. They don't have to wait around for your
call. PinoyCalls will assist you by phone on how to get connected. Don't
let technology stop you from saving money. Don't let technology intimidate you
because you are only 4 steps away from saving a ton of money for your long
distance calls to the Philippines.
Does my recipient in the Philippines need an internet connection?
No,
only you need the high speed internet connection (DSL or Cable).
What if they already have a cellphone?
The cellphone they may have doesn't support the
carrier's analog signals. If it does support analog, it's not as powerful as the PinoyCalls mobile bagphone.
The bagphone is 5 times more powerful than the standard cellphone and can be
used even if your recipient is several miles away from the tower location.
And why use the bagphone only?
Coverage and the signal availability. Some areas may
not be covered by a cellphone. It is more powerful than a regular cellphone.
Although much larger than a cellphone, it is the best option yet. The question
is this - are looks more important than the savings you're going to get?
Note: Bagphones issued may vary in brand and
does not look like the one on the picture but will function similarly as a
phone.
Can I call my friends or anybody in the Philippines?
No. You can only call the designated phones that
PinoyCalls issues to your recipient in the Philippines. Unfortunately, we cannot
connect your calls to other carriers because it is illegal. We can only connect
your calls to your PinoyCalls recipient or anyone in the PinoyCalls network.
Can they call me?
Yes. Your recipient in the Philippines can call you
too. They must use the PinoyCalls mobile phone that we issue in the Philippines.
Anyone in the Philippines can actually call your adaptor because it has a
Philippine phone number.
Is it really unlimited?
Yes. You call. They call. Any time. Any day. No
special times. No restrictions. There are 43,200 minutes each month and if you
can use it all, go for it. It's available for your use. ONE TO SAWA TALAGA!
Maka-telebabad ka ng husto without worrying about how many minutes you've been
on the phone.
Do they (Philippine recipient) have to pay anything?
No.
Their calls to you are free and they are part of your monthly plan.
What if they want to use it locally, can they use it?
Yes,
they must purchase a prepaid card from local phone dealers.
What else do I need to use the PinoyCalls service?
Depending on the type of modem your ISP is giving
you. You will need either a router or hub. If your modem has a built-in router
then you need a hub. If your modem does not have a built-in router, then you
will need a router. You will also need a touch tone phone (corded or cordless).
Why do I need this router or hub?
The router or hub allows you to connect several
devices to access the internet using one internet connection. This means that
you can have your PC, laptop, and the PinoyCalls internet phone adaptor
connected to the internet at the same time. If not, you will have to connect
each device one by one when you need it.
Does my PC have to be on when I'm using the
PinoyCalls service?
No. The PinoyCalls internet phone adaptor is a
separate device and has its own internal processor to make it work by itself.
Which places do you cover?
We cover hundreds of towns and cities in the
Philippines.

PinoyCalls Rates for Unlimited Calling to the Philippines
Am I limited to just one phone? Can you explain this?
No, you can have up to three phones with our Family
Plan. Let's say your parents were in Manila and you have a sister in Cebu, you
can include both of them in your plan and call them unlimited. They will also be
able to call you back and to add, they can call each other in the Philippines
for FREE. This is part of our service to you. Once again, you are the only one
who pays and no one in the Philippines will pay anything.
Let's say you have a sister in London, you're here
in the U.S., then your parents are in the Philippines. Well, PinoyCalls will
send you both sisters the PinoyCalls internet phone adaptor then a mobile phone
to your parents in the Philippines. Now both of you can call your parents and
only pay the monthly flat rate. You can even call each other and it's part of
your plan. Don't forget, your parents can call you too and not pay a cent. Neat,
isn't it?
Does this work in other countries?
As
long as they have high speed internet connection available and it is legal in
that country, then YES.
Do you have any specials?
You can try our service for 14 days and if you
don't like it, send all the equipment back and we will refund all your money.
Equipment must be in operational condition when returned. There is a time limit
on the 14-day trial of 100 minutes. The PinoyCalls contract is only 90 days so
you will not be committed for a year.
Please read the PinoyCalls Service agreement through this link.
I'm always away from my house and I really want to
use your service. Is there a way that I can use your service when I'm away from
my home?
There is. We now have a NEW PinoyCalls internet
phone adaptor which will allow you to connect your home phone line to our
internet phone adaptor. You call your home number and after a few rings
(programmable) when no one answers, you'll get the PinoyCalls dial tone. You can
then dial your Philippine recipient's number wherever you are calling from.
Unfortunately, your Philippine recipient cannot do the same. This only works one
way from any adaptor outside the Philippines. We will be releasing the new
adaptor soon. You must indicate that you want the adaptor with landline upgrade
when ordering. The upgraded adaptor will cost more than the regular adaptor that
we use. Pricing will be released once the upgraded adaptor is approved for
public use.
Is there someone who can help my family in the
Philippines if they need help?
Yes, PinoyCalls has a full-time staff available in
the Philippines to help them. Their work schedule is Monday to Friday
(Philippine time). So as you can see, we are not a "buy it at your own risk" or
"as is" service. We also offer antenna installation services for a small
non-refundable fee.
Why PinoyCalls?
Because we connect your calls to a MOBILE PHONE in
the Philippines. This means your recipient in the Philippines can take the phone
to work, school, business, another city, another province, or another island and
call you from there too. They are not stuck in one place. To add,
the MOBILE PHONE still functions when there's a brownout. It can be
powered by a 12VDC battery. You can even plug it in the cigarette lighter
socket of a vehicle. The talk time for a car battery is 7 days. So
enjoy continuous talking without the worries of an ISP going down, a power
outage, or brown-out.
Who else benefits from your service?
We provide jobs for our fellow Filipinos. The more
people sign up, the more Filipinos we hire in the Philippines.
